The best way to reach us is through Due app installed on the device that’s causing you trouble. This way, we’ll be able to get some diagnostic information that’ll help us figure out what’s going on.
On iPhone or iPad: Due > Help > Email.

On Mac: Due > Help (menu) > Email Support…
If you're not seeing Due menu because you've hidden Due from your Dock, you can right-click on the menu bar icon to find ‘Email Support’.
